Ayva has been fantastic. We live in Pinebrook Hills and are hosts for Ayva equipment. Prior to starting service with them in 2023 we could not get adequate internet to effectively work from home. That changed immediately with Ayva, and we have had outstanding service ever since. The team really wants to create reliable affordable high speed internet to the Boulder foothills and they are succeeding. As hosts, the team has placed equipment on our property and has been extremely friendly, respectful of our wishes and has never created any sort of problem or concern. We cannot recommend them more highly.

I’ve been on the Ayva train for a few months now, and I gotta say, this isn’t your run‑of‑the‑mill “fast internet” gig. The speeds here are solid, way faster than the other guys I’ve tried around Pine‑Brook Hills, and the up-time is almost perfect. Every time my Wi‑Fi hiccups, it’s a quick ping from Ayva letting me know what’s up, no mystery delays or “we’re checking” lines. What really sets them apart is the people behind the service. They’re not chasing you through overseas call centers or feeding you canned chat-bot replies. I’ve talked to a handful of folks from Ayva, and each and every one is a real pro who actually gets what the tech means. They’re respectful of my space, quick on the draw, and always make sure the job gets done right. A highlight came during that brutal power outage last winter when Xcel Energy knocked out the grid due to high winds. This had the whole neighborhood blacked out for days. Instead of leaving us on the hook, the Ayva crew dropped off batteries and a generator and kept the internet humming. That really made a big difference for us. Bottom line: Ayva keeps you connected, keeps you informed, and keeps you happy. No flashy hype, just reliable, fast service and people who actually care. If you’re looking for a solid connection and folks who treat you like a neighbor, give them a shot.

Nick and the Ayva team are an incredible asset to our mountain community. We are able to work, game, and have reliable high-speed internet from our homes. I am super grateful for all Ayva brings, how responsive they are, and how well maintained the network is.

Hands down, the best internet service in the nation, and if you are in the mountains, even better! I would love to see Ayva providing high-speed internet services nationwide to those underserved communities, mountains or otherwise. They have a great model, great pricing and great service. Highly recommended!!

When I built my home on Lost Angel Road in 2000, US West was the only option for phone service. For internet service, I connect my 56k (1/18th of 1 Mbps) modem to the phone line. About a year later, the Magnolia Road Internet Coop started wireless service. I contacted them, but trees blocked my line-of-sight to their access point. US West became Qwest and offered DSL at 1.5 Mbps and later CenturyLink at 20 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up. They never delivered the speeds promised and outages were common but it was my only option. Then in 2023, I met the founder of Ayva Network, installing a wireless access point near the end of Water Line Road. I was intrigued by his vision of creating a non-profit to provide gigabit connectivity to underserved communities using the most advanced 6 GHz point-to-multi point wireless technology. It's the best technology for mountain communities. So, I called Ayva, scheduled a site visit, and a tech (who lives on Sugar Loaf Road a few miles from my house) came the next day. No issues, strong signal, and we discussed where to mount the 10-inch radio dish and how to run the cable to my Wi-Fi router. I was leaving in the morning for a few days, so I told him I would call when I returned. Well, things came up and I dropped the ball until April 2025, when CenturyLink had a week-long outage. After days of calling, waiting on hold, and being told service would be restored in 6 hours, 12 hours, tomorrow, I finally terminated my service. Next day, called the Ayva tech, schedule a time, and a few hours later had a 200 Mbps connection. Best internet, best company I have every had!! Cheers, —jb
